Miami-based artist Jen Stark has on display at Martha Otero Gallery a collection of her most recently completed rainbow artworks comprised of wood, paper and other organic materials meticulously cut into sculptures. Stark’s new three-dimensional series is comprised of rhythmic and prismatic pieces as manifestations of her interest in mathematics in ‘To The Power Of’. The series draws in passersby as their initial glance becomes ensnared in the hypnotic psychedelic visual experience of each piece, lingering upon each of the seemingly innumerable layers which build each work of art.
